Our parish will be celebrating its 100th Anniversary the weekend of September 30 - October 2nd, 2011.

Preparations are underway to make this a memorable weekend for everyone. Many interesting and spiritually stimulating events are planned. You can assist in these preparations by contacting:

• Monica Kostron is the chair of Friday's events - tentative plans call for a fish fry, Great Vespers, and a "walk down memory lane."
  
  
• Matushka Nadine is chair of Saturday's events - tentative plans call for Divine Liturgy, brunch, and an afternoon filled with presentations for young and mature alike. Following will be Vespers, a Panikhida in memory of our Deceased Pastors, Founders and Benefactors, and a potluck meal.
  
  
• Matushka Cynthia is chair of Sunday's events - tentative plans call for an Hierarchical Divine Liturgy with His Beatitude, Metropolitan Jonah and visiting guests, followed by a Grand Banquet.
  
  
• Valerie McMullen is the chair of our money-making ad book. Anyone with yearbook and/or publishing experience is asked to assist in this much needed endeavor. We are counting on the ad book being our major fundraiser to cover the many expenses which will arise from hosting an anniversary celebration of this magnitude.
  
  
• Erin Ely is the coordinator of our service organizations working in the community next year to get our "name more known in the community which we serve". Our goal is to have a project a month next year, which we can publicize and "reach out" at the same time to the community.
